STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — The prestigious accreditation recently bestowed upon the College of Staten Island’s business school was cited by a local lawmaker as an example of why New York needs to bolster its investment in higher education.
In November, the college’s Lucille and Jay Chazanoff School of Business was accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business — marking the third City University of New York school to have its business program accredited.
