STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — Authorities allege a 46-year-old man crashed his car into an NYPD vehicle before fleeing from officers — and was later found to be carrying a loaded pistol.
Jose Cabrera, 46, was arrested for the incident that occurred on May 2 around 9 p.m. near his home on Pond Way in Mariners Harbor, according to the criminal complaint and police.
