STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. — The NYPD seized drugs and a stun gun when they raided an apartment and arrested two men before dawn in Mariners Harbor.
Eliyaas Register, 28, of Continental Place, and Granville Palin, 55, were apprehended after police armed with a search warrant swarmed Palin’s apartment on Holland Avenue at about 6 a.m. on April 16, according to the criminal complaint based on an investigation by Narcotics Borough Staten Island.
Register was in a bedroom and Palin was in the living room when officers arrived…
