( KRON ) — Three people involved in an altercation that led to a shooting and a traffic collision Tuesday fled the scene, according to the Antioch Police Department. Antioch PD officers were dispatched at 6:50 p.m. to the area of E. 18th Street and Hillcrest Avenue.
Multiple callers reported gunshots followed by a vehicle collision with injuries.
Arriving on the scene, officers determined that two men assaulted another man in a nearby parking lot. As the two initial assailants got into their vehicle, the other man pulled out a handgun and fired multiple shots at the vehicle as it was leaving the parking lot.
