The median home in San Joaquin County listed for $593,498 in July, down 1% from the previous month’s $599,686, an analysis of data from Realtor.com shows .

Compared to July 2023, the median home list price increased 1.3% fromĀ $585,965.

Listings in San Joaquin County moved steadily, at a median 33 days listed compared to the July national median of 50 days on the market.
