TRACY, Calif. – A man injured in a hit-and-run Saturday in San Juan County died yesterday at a hospital, the Tracy Police Department said. Akminder Singh, 38, of Tracy, was hit by a vehicle on West Grant Line Road near O’Hara Drive. Police were dispatched to the scene around 8:30 p.m. Singh was found in the roadway but the vehicle fled before officers arrived.
