A Calaveras County fugitive, Johnny Miller, aged 34, was detained by law enforcement on the afternoon of October 9 after being on the run in connection to serious offenses such as attempted murder and carjacking. According to a statement from the Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office, Miller was found at a property on Highway 88 in Stockton and was apprehended through the combined efforts of various agencies including the U.S. Marshals Service Task Force.
