Snow showers will end Friday evening, leaving Northern California with a dry start to the weekend. Saturday morning will be cold with Valley temperatures in the upper 30s to around 40 degrees. Some places in the Foothills will see low temperatures close to freezing. There may be some areas of frost around sunrise.
