ANTIOCH, Calif. – Antioch police said they discovered 53 shell casings on Monday evening after being called out to a drive-by shooting. Lt. Matthew Koch said in a news release that despite all the casings, they couldn’t find any suspects or victims in the 100 block of St. Francis Drive.
