Man dead after Stockton shooting identified. He was dropped off at hospital with gunshot wound

STOCKTON, Calif. — A man killed in a shooting Sunday in Stockton has been identified as Daniel Ledesma, 20, of Galt, according to the San Joaquin County Medical Examiner’s Office.

Ledesma arrived around 7:30 p.m. to the 8000 block of Lorraine Avenue suffering from a gunshot wound, according to Stockton Police Department. He was dropped off at a hospital where he later died from his injuries.

Authorities said it is unclear where the shooting happened, and there was no suspect description as of Sunday…
