Stockton urged to ‘take back your streets,’ report crime as police launch new campaign

The Stockton Police Department announced on Monday a new initiative called “See Something, Say Something,” which encourages the community to report any crime they see.

“This united crime-fighting team, which transcends jurisdictional boundaries, is committed to a zero-tolerance approach to gang and group violent crime throughout San Joaquin County,” Stockton Police Chief Stanley McFadden said during a news conference on Monday.
