(FOX40.COM) — A 28-year-old man was arrested on charges of driving under the influence and unlawful possession of a loaded firearm in Bystrom Wednesday morning, according to the Ceres Police Department.

CPD said around 1:14 a.m., an officer was patrolling the area of Nadine Avenue and Herndon Road when he saw a car driving erratically and traveling on the wrong side of the road.
