A 39-year-old man was killed early Sunday morning in a rollover on Highway 99 in Modesto.
At about 12:45 a.m., California Highway Patrol was dispatched to a traffic accident on southbound Highway 99, south of Pelandale Avenue, a CHP news release said.
CHP officers who responded found a white Toyota sedan on its roof on the highway shoulder. The driver, who was the lone occupant of the vehicle, was upside down and belted into the seat. The unresponsive driver was extracted and emergency personnel attempted life-saving measures, CHP said…
