OLIVEHURST, Calif. — A man from Olivehurst who set out on foot to reach the ocean has been reported missing, according to the Lake County Sheriff’s Office.
Albert Herschler, 38, was last heard from on May 18, 2025, during a phone call with his grandmother. In that call, Herschler told her he was “20 miles away from Clearlake” and in need of water, the Lake County Sheriff’s Office reported.…
