First all-women’s construction trades class graduates in Stockton

(FOX40.COM) — A historic moment took place in Stockton on Wednesday, as 15 women celebrated their graduation from the San Joaquin Building and Trades Council’s first-ever all-women’s construction and trades apprenticeship readiness program.

The graduates were cheered on by friends and family as they walked across the stage to accept their certificates representing new opportunities and career advancement.
