(KRON) — Two people accused of stealing mail were arrested at a Brentwood apartment complex Tuesday morning, according to the City of Brentwood Police Department. Brentwood officers responded at 4:45 a.m. to the Blossom Apartment complex in the 1100 block of Alder Creek on a report of mail theft.

At the scene, officers contacted 35-year-old Robert Cabrerapulos of Pittsburg and 42-year-old Tanis Wallunas of Concord. In searching their vehicle, officers uncovered more than 40 pieces of stolen mail from addresses in the area.
Burglary tools, drugs and drug paraphernalia were also discovered.
The pair, police said, were arrested for burglary, mail theft, conspiracy to commit a crime, possession of burglary tools, drugs, and related charges. They were transported and booked into the Martinez Detention Facility…
