Discovery Bay, Calif. – A head-on collision on State Route 4 just east of Discovery Bay Boulevard left one man dead and another with serious injuries Thursday morning, August 14.
According to the California Highway Patrol (CHP), the crash occurred around 10:19 a.m. on August 14. Investigators say a Toyota Camry, driven by an adult male heading eastbound, crossed over the double-yellow lines and collided head-on with a westbound GMC Sierra, also driven by an adult male.
