ST. LUCIE COUNTY, Fla. — A Stockton man is facing three counts of vehicular homicide and deportation after a crash last week in Florida.
On Tuesday afternoon, 28-year-old Harjinder Singh was allegedly driving a semitruck and trailer north in the outside lane of Florida’s Turnpike when he tried to perform an illegal U-turn near Mile Marker 171, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
