Around 3:42 p.m., the sheriff’s office received a report of a body found on the 1400 block of Pauline Ave. When deputies arrived at the scene, 52-year-old Gilber Bergaran was located and pronounced dead.
Armed man arrested for threatening firefighters in Murphys
Officials reported the incident was determined to be a homicide, but the circumstances of the incident are unknown. Detectives are currently investigating this case as no suspect has been reported.
