– The City of Tracy and the non-profit One World Arts Foundation (OWAF) proudly present the Crossover International Festival of Film and Art (CIFFA), taking place 10–12 October 2025 at the Grand Theatre Center for the Arts (715 North Central Avenue, Tracy, CA). All screenings, performances, and exhibitions are free and open to the public.
CIFFA is more than a festival—it is a movement for bold storytelling, underdog filmmakers, and global voices. Created to remove traditional barriers such as high entry fees and limited distribution access, CIFFA guarantees theatrical and digital distribution opportunities for every accepted project. By prioritizing impact over budget, the festival offers a platform for stories that challenge, inspire, and unite.
