Frank Troia, the victim of an attack that took place on November 18, succumbed to his injuries yesterday. According to an update by the Antioch Police Department, the initial charges against the suspect, Brandon Rowlett, will now be amended to murder under Penal Code section 187.
On a November morning in Antioch, an incident took place resulting in Rowlett’s arrest in connection with Troia’s critical injuries. After emergency calls at approximately 2:46 AM, officers responding to Lone Tree Way and W. Tregallas Road have found Troia in the roadway, who appeared to have been in a physical altercation. The Investigations Bureau, diligently processing evidence and pursuing leads, continues its probe into the circumstances of the incident.
