Modesto Teen Cited for Reckless Driving After Street Racing at 92 MPH in a 35 MPH Zone

The Modesto Police Department reported that two cars were caught racing on city streets. One driver, a 17-year-old without a license, was driving 92 MPH in a 35 MPH zone.
