A 33-year-old man shot and killed in Stockton Tuesday night was identified as Andre Bragg Jr., according to the San Joaquin County Medical Examiner’s Office.
At about 5:55 p.m., Tuesday, Jan. 27, Stockton police officers responded to the 300 Block of South San Joaquin Street on a report of a person shot.
