(FOX40.COM) — A Lodi tattoo shop owner accused of killing his wife during a domestic dispute is one step closer to standing trial after a preliminary hearing in San Joaquin County on Tuesday.
Shane Winans, 51, is charged with the murder of his wife, 43-year-old Nicole Winans, who was found shot and killed inside her Woodbridge home on Dec. 6, 2024.
