The Lodi Police Department is seeking information on three unsolved homicide cases. On May 16, 1989, Vincente Nateras was struck in the head and later died from his injuries. On July 9, 2002, officers found Timothie Layton and Danny Stewart Rogers deceased from gunshot wounds in the Walmart parking lot. On August 6, 2011, Pedro Meza was shot in the 500 block of E. Elm Street and later died.
No arrests have been made in any of these cases, and the motives remain under investigation. Detectives believe there are witnesses who have not yet come forward.
