The City of Stockton has opened its new offices for Utilities, Payments, Business Licensing, Permit Center, and Event and Parking Services at 501 W Weber Ave, Building 2, First Floor. Public parking is available across the street, and accessible parking is on the left side of the building with entry through the side door.
