LODI, Calif. — Friday night into Saturday, gas prices across California climbed sharply, rising about 5 cents, to an average of $5.70 for regular fuel, according to AAA. That’s up 22 cents from a week ago and more than $1 higher than a month ago.
The spike is already being felt by drivers and business owners in Lodi, where filling up has become noticeably more expensive.
