DEWITT, N.Y. (WSYR-TV)– A growing eyesore is causing frustration in Dewitt. The grass surrounding the vacant ShoppingTown Mall has grown out of control.
Two managers from a neighboring business say the grass is hurting their business. Loud Pack Exotics, a cannabis dispensary, sits right in front of the former mall.
