SYRACUSE, N.Y. — The Syracuse Police Department arrested a suspect in connection with a fatal stabbing.
The police department charges Anthony R. Moss, 34, with murder in the second degree for the death of Robert C. Spears Jr. Both men are from Syracuse. Moss was also charged with criminal possession of a weapon for the incident.
On June 18, the police department received information from the Department of Corrections & Community Supervision Parole Division regarding a person that was stabbed in June 17 at 905 Park St. Officers found Spears, 25, Jr. inside an apartment deceased and with stab wounds…
