SYRACUSE, N.Y. — The last day of spring ended up being mostly dry with the sun out, some clouds and most of the rain stayed up north closer to Watertown and Northern New York.
We had an official afternoon high of 74 degrees at the Syracuse airport that we were forecasting both Friday evening and earlier Saturday morning.
