Motorcycle passenger killed in Marcellus crash, State Police say

MARCELLUS, N.Y. — A 55-year-old woman was killed and a 55-year-old man was injured in a motorcycle crash Sunday morning in the town of Marcellus, according to New York State Police.

Troopers responded to the intersection of U.S. Route 20 and Slate Hill Road around 10:10 a.m. on June 21 for a reported serious personal injury crash.

A preliminary investigation found that an 18-year-old driver from Chaumont was operating a 2024 Subaru northbound on Slate Hill Road and had stopped at the intersection with Route 20.
