MINOA, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Have you seen this man?
The Onondaga County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in finding 42-year-old Richard Snyder, who also goes by Dick Snyder or Michael Snyder.
He is said to be a 5’9″, 155lb white male with blonde hair, blue eyes, and a medium build.
Snyder is wanted on an active warrant for criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fourth degree, a felony. The sheriff’s office said the warrant stems from a 2020 arrest by the DeWitt Police Department, involving a narcotics possession…
