Cayuga Heights, N.Y. – A Central New York man accused of fatally stabbing a 19-year-old woman near Cornell University has been indicted on manslaughter and murder charges, prosecutors said.
Damian Stewart, 20, of Ithaca, was indicted by a grand jury on the charges last week, the Tompkins County District Attorney’s Office announced in a news release Monday. He is charged with second-degree murder and first-degree manslaughter.
