SYRACUSE, N.Y. — The father of a man whose police officer son was shot and killed broke his silence on the shooting in Onondaga County Court on Tuesday.
His words came after the sentencing of Joseph Murphy, who is the father of Christopher Murphy, the man who fatally shot Syracuse Police Officer Michael Jensen and Onondaga County Sheriff’s Lieutenant Michael Hoosock on April 14, 2024, in the Town of Salina.
