CONSTANTIA, N.Y. — The New York State Police charged a Constantia, N.Y. woman following a shooting.
Lana J. Yager, 54, was charged with assault, criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of a firearm in connection with the incident. All of the charges are felonies.
