Jail intake reveals suspected cocaine concealed by NY woman arrested after Route 7 stop

A traffic stop for speeding along State Route 7 in Monroe County led to the arrest of two New York residents and the discovery of suspected drugs and paraphernalia, authorities said.

Deputies assigned to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Interdiction Unit stopped a vehicle at about 2:58 p.m. on Friday in Salem Township.
