Viewer Question: Do we know what businesses will be at the Clay Marketplace?
In 2023, we reported that the Syracuse Reality Group was building a mixed-use development that would include apartments and commercial spaces. Since then, the Your Stories team has learned that the apartments will be called David’s Landing, and the commercial spaces named Clay Marketplace.
The site, which features two apartment buildings with 48 apartments each and three commercial buildings, has become especially popular because of its proximity to Micron’s $100 billion megafab construction project. All three commercial buildings are now fully occupied.
