Syracuse, N.Y. — A man who was rescued from a Syracuse house fire in August died from his injuries last week, firefighters announced Wednesday.
The man, identified as Jorge Ginarte, 48, of Syracuse, was rescued from the burning home at 105 Helen St. on Aug. 23, said Capt. Erik Caster, a spokesperson for the department.
