Syracuse, N.Y. ― Two teens admitted Thursday to working together to kill a Syracuse man on the city’s East Side.
Alijah Barroso, 17, and Noelle Cummings, 18, shot Juan J. Rodriguez Jr., 22, in the head on June 8, 2025.
