SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — The Westcott neighborhood’s annual art fair returns this Sunday. Here’s how to maneuver the area while streets are closed.
To make room for the Westcott Street Cultural Fair on Sept. 27, the following streets are closing that day from 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.:
- Westcott Street from Avondale Place to Dell Street
- The whole stretch of Victoria Place
- The far west block of Harvard Place from Westcott Street to Cambridge Street
- The whole stretch of Dell Street
- The southern tip of South Beech Street from Trinity Place to Westcott Street
There are around 140 booths reserved for the festival.
To make room for the parade, the Westcott Street closure extends down to Euclid Avenue from noon to 1 p.m…
