Syracuse, NY — Manlius pediatrician Dr. Shareen Ismail has been without a criminal lawyer for nearly a month as she faces a 21-count vaccine fraud indictment.
On Wednesday, during court, it took a judge’s secretary making a phone call to ensure someone was actually going to represent her.
