Syracuse, N.Y. – Two massive apartment complexes that have been vacant for three years are finally ready to start reopening, a big step toward returning more than 600 badly needed city apartments to occupancy.
Clear Investment Group, a Chicago company that bought the apartment portfolio of former landlords Tim and Troy Green in 2023, this month began leasing renovated apartments at The Summit, a 267-unit complex in Outer Comstock formerly known at the Vincent Apartments. The first 11 tenants will be in by the end of the month.
