NILES, NY — A 37-year-old woman was arrested and charged with attempted assault following a domestic incident at a local business.
Emily R. MacNaughton, of Niles, was taken into custody on September 29 and charged with Attempted Assault in the 3rd Degree, a Class B Misdemeanor, according to Cayuga County Sheriff Brian Schenck.
