UTICA, N.Y. — The Syracuse woman accused of bringing cocaine, PCP, ketamine and other substances into Mohawk Correctional Facility on Easter Sunday was in Oneida County Tuesday morning.
Shondrea Taylor did not accept or reject a plea offer, as expected.
