As expected, there was a wide range of high temperatures from north to south over Upstate New York. A combination of this temperature battle and a weather maker coming through caused areas of showers and thunderstorm to occur most commonly near and north and east of Oneida Lake Tuesday afternoon through Tuesday evening.
We are still monitoring the chance for leftover isolated or scattered showers and thunderstorms through early this evening. With a lot of wind energy and twisting of the winds, we will carefully make sure that if any thunderstorm grows substantially that warnings may be issued…
