Clay, N.Y. — Rise N Shine, the Syracuse diner known for Instagram-ready breakfasts, elaborate milkshakes and a menu that turns brunch into a spectacle, is expanding into Clay.
The restaurant will take over the former Outback Steakhouse at 3946 State Route 31. At approximately 6,500 square feet, it will be Rise N Shine’s largest location yet, owner Danielle Mercuri said this morning.
