CHITTENANGO, N.Y. — Clear Path for Veterans in Chittenango is once again selling fresh-baked Thanksgiving Pies to benefit veterans.
Clear Path for Veterans Executive Chef Michael Sheets says all proceeds from the sale of pies will go to help provide more than 600 free Thanksgiving meals for local veterans and their families.
“A lot of veterans unfortunately don’t have family to go to for Thanksgiving dinner, so we are their family. The money raised from selling the pies helps make it possible for us to provide these veterans a Thanksgiving meal and purchasing one of these pies is a way to help us do that,” he says…
