CONSTANTIA, NY — An investigation by the Oswego County Drug Task Force into methamphetamine sales resulted in two arrests and the execution of a search warrant at a residence in the Town of Constantia on Oct. 21, 2026.
Methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia including packaging material and digital scales, and U.S. currency were recovered during the search, according to the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office.
Sean Lowe, 37, of Constantia, was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree and two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree based on arrest warrants issued by Oswego County Court following grand jury proceedings…
