Syracuse, N.Y. — What began as a break from running Syracuse’s first rooftop cocktail bar has become a decision to leave restaurant ownership behind.
Emerald Cocktail Kitchen, the three-story restaurant and bar at 1333 W. Fayette St. on Tipperary Hill, is officially for sale or lease, owner Michele Roesch said today.
