Syracuse, N.Y. – It’s been two years since Gov. Kathy Hochul vowed to address the housing crisis with more than $25 billion in state funding. This year, she has proposed additional funds for municipalities that embrace residential development. She wants to renew a tax break for private developers in New York City.
